Arima Mozambique - Lotus Minerals
Arima’s greenfield Heavy Mineral sand Project in Mozambique is under active development.
Large licence area of over 14000 hectares in the coastal zone. Detailed exploration including Air core, mechanised Auger drilling and metallurgical test work has been completed and a high-quality HMS resource with 90% VHM has been delineated. The VHM resource contains 80% high quality Ilmenite (TiO₂ 51-52%) along with 8% Zircon and Rutile 3%.
Feasibility study has been completed and Resource estimates support a mine life of over 40 years at a mine production capacity of 3000 TPH.
Mining concession is secured and Project implementation is being initiated soon. Project is expected to go on stream in Q2 2028.
