Mineral Separation plant situated in Hamriyah FZE, UAE with an annual processing capacity of 100000 tonnes Heavy Mineral Concentrate.

MSP equipped with state-of- the- art processing equipment’s including a washing circuit designed to process varying compositions of HMC sourced from multiple producers. Long term contracts with suppliers for steady HMC supplies ensure a reliable supply of Ilmenite, Rutile, Leucoxene, Zircon and Sillimanite products to our customers.

Arima Minerals - INDIA

Arima’s integrated production facility in Visakhapatnam includes a preconcentration plant designed to process Raw heavy mineral sand to produce Heavy mineral concentrate and subsequent downstream treatment in a mineral separation plant to produce Garnet , Ilmenite , Rutile , Zircon and Sillimanite. The Mineral separation plant designed to process 150000 tonnes of heavy mineral concentrate annually is the largest private sector production facility in India.

Located merely 12 Kms from Gangavaram Port and 23Kms from the India’s largest port Vishakapatnam gives Arima Minerals a logistical advantage as all its products are exported to global markets . Arima Minerals trading activity with outsourced products Garnet , Ilmenite , Rutile and Zircon is conducted from this facility. The products from third party suppliers are inspected and subjected to stringent quality monitoring before packaging and export.

Arima Minerals - Sierra Leone

Arima’s new greenfield Project in Sierra Leone, West Africa is a strategic joint venture with a local partner. Project is under construction and expected to commence commercial production in November 2025.

The start-up production capacity is planned at 25000 tonnes HMC annually containing 40-50% Rutile, 10-15% Zircon and 20-25% Ilmenite.

The mining and wet concentration Plant with a large captive mining area and a mine life of over 25+ years enables Arima to rapidly scale up production tonnages to cater growing markets.
